Child Rescue & Deep Emotional Reset

The child rescue process is a powerful wellness tool for updating deeply programmed beliefs and helping the inner child feel safe, supported, and free. Often, when something overwhelming happens in childhood, that younger part can feel “stuck” in the memory and keep responding in ways that once helped it cope or stay protected. Sometimes the experience is something very simple, like not fully understanding what happened or creating a belief about the world or yourself from this incident. As adults, we may still notice those old responses appearing as a sense of worry, heaviness, fear, or feeling stuck in familiar patterns.

This process can facilitate your adult self to offer protection, comfort, and a new experience to that inner child. Often times this creates a sense of wholeness from within. It can lead to dramatic shifts in how life feels and flows.

One way to understand this process is to imagine that, when a childhood experience happened, that younger self became “stuck” in the memory inside the mind. That scene can still live in the unconscious while the child part stuck there continues to experience the same reactions from the original moment. Often, similar situations, sounds, objects, or other sensory cues in adult life can bring that old response pattern back. In that moment, the child part is reacting to the original event through the lens of the present environment. Once that younger part is rescued and cared for, the memory can be updated and reshaped, allowing more supportive resources and calmer responses to take their place. This can create a powerful repatterining effect, and it does not require the conscious mind to force a new belief — the deeper mind can do the work naturally.

In the same way, any overwhelming experience in life can create a strong pattern when it is intense enough. During the original event, that response may have been the right one for protection and survival. But later, the same pattern can continue even when the situation is no longer unsafe. This process works by revisiting the experience with additional support and resources, then allowing the mind and body to update the response and create a new outcome moving forward

Emotional Release

Many adults today are looking for support with the ways stress affects them, and some have spent a long time trying different approaches with only modest results. Emotional release through hypnosis can offer a supportive way to work with the deeper roots of emotional heaviness and stress responses. Many people experience this approach as focused, calming, and meaningful, and it can support lasting change.

By understanding the memories that shaped an original response, we can begin to see that experience from a more grounded and resourced adult perspective. That often makes it easier to let go of what has been held for a long time and feel a deeper sense of ease. Many people do not realize that their stress responses or outlooks may have begun long ago, and hypnosis can help reveal the original pattern and allow it to soften over time. Whether the experience shows up as a heavy mood, worry, irritation, fear, or one specific memory, meaningful change can come from working with it in a focused and supportive way

This process can involve gently returning to the place where the pattern first began, while staying calm and relaxed and having resources. During that time, supportive techniques can help you feel safe and able to meet the experience in a constructive way using your own creative imagination. Letting go of what has been held in a safe setting can create a powerful sense of freedom and support a deeper feeling of ease.

Spiritual Communication

The term "spiritual" is often used in many contexts and generally points to something beyond the physical life we live in day to day. However, I consider the word "spiritual" to be intimately connected to the mind, more specifically the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind can be seen as the gateway to be able to communicate with "unseen" aspects of ourselves and beyond. Hypnosis understands this and uses this state of tapping into the unconscious to be able to communicate with others via the imagination. And through communicating on a deep level, the client can work out everything that they never were able to do previously. This can include:

Speaking to past loved ones: When a loss happens in one's life, it is often unexpected and tragic. Even when it is not abrupt, many still were unable to say everything they needed to due to the circumstances. This technique allows you to communicate with someone who has passed, and be able to release any pent up emotions around the events or simply reconnect and help the grieving process. Many find comfort in being able to understand and gain more insight into everything surrounding these traumatic events. You will be guided into a safe place where you can communicate and feel that deep connection once again.

Communicating with those that have transgressed: Often in life, we find ourselves unable to speak up for what we need, and that can leave us feeling taken advantage of. This may come from a parent who treated you poorly, a boss who used their position unfairly, or a partner who did not treat you with care or respect. This process offers a safe space to express what has been held inside, and to release the feelings, words, and energy that were never fully voiced. Being able to do this internally can bring a sense of relief, without worrying about how the other person might respond. With supportive guidance by your side, you can let go in a way that feels empowering and freeing.”

Communicating with Higher Guides: Have you ever felt as if you had an invisible guide watching over you? Or maybe you are simply seeking higher guidance and advice on a particular issue. This process puts you in touch with a Higher Inner Guide that can help in so many matters in life. This can be thought of as being able to talk to your intuition to get direct advice. Typically the guides serve the role of helping your soul progress and come from a place of complete love. Just being in their presence can have a great effect on your psyche, knowing that you have internal and invisible support that wants you to succeed. This process involves a journey to find the right guide/resource for you which may be enlisted to help with a specific issue. Finding these internal resources of support can make all the difference in changing for the better.

Past Life Regression

Past life regression is a guided journey backwards into a different life that is typically connected to the present in some way. Whether you believe in actually living past lives (reincarnation) or not, this process can have many beneficial effects. Whether you are learning about some past life issue that is connected to your present life, or a vow made unbeknownst to you that seems to be interfering with your present life, or simply gaining experience and empathy of being in someone else's shoes, this process can bring about many positive insights.

It actually does not matter if you are discovering an "actual" past life or not, as your unconscious mind will be able to utilize the journey and make sense of it for your growth. All the while the experience of it can feel real. A past life journey can be used when a client has a continuous pattern that reoccurs in their life or an irrational fear with no obvious origin. It can also be used to discover creative abilities that can be brought forward into this life. Sometimes it is found that there exists past life relationship contracts that continue to bring about relationship patterns in ones life. These can be examined and changed or terminated if necessary. Whatever the journey is, you can find a deep connection to your own soul's growth.

Somatic Body Restoration

Somatic restoration can help you access your own inner resources and create a deeper dialogue with the body and emotions. This process may help uncover the patterns behind discomfort and pain, creating space for greater understanding, ease, and self-awareness. It can be a helpful complement to medical care and may support a daily practice that encourages balance and well-being. By communicating directly to your physical body, you can begin to discover what it needs.

For people facing serious illness, hypnosis may be used as a supportive complement to medical treatment, especially for stress, discomfort, and coping. This process may include guided imagery, inner dialogue such as talking to the illness itself, spiritual energy or inner guides working with the body and other experiential techniques that help a person explore what they are feeling and what may help the experience shift.

Peak Performance and Skill Discovery

Many find it frustrating to continue to not live up to their own expectations despite their efforts to get better. Often times this may be due to unconscious beliefs that were created when you were a child and are interfering with your success now. With this process we can learn about those beliefs and change them, clearing away those mental blocks. Also, there is a technique to create a future timeline where you are successful and allow your unconscious mind to learn everything it needs to achieve that future state.

Research suggests that your mind does not actually know the difference between what is imagined and what is real. So this type of learning works on a deep level to help create all the necessary changes and implement them, without even your conscious mind needing to work it out. We can also utilize your unconscious mind to take the success you already have at a particular skill or performance, and gather up all the important elements that led to that success and expand them further. Just like if you were to practice something over and over, your unconscious mind can do that work for you and extract everything that is needed for you to expand your success.

There have been studies that have shown piano players that merely think/imagine themselves practicing the piano, actually improve just as much if not more than physically playing the piano. This process is one step further in that YOU do not have to take the time and effort outside of the hypnosis session, as your unconscious mind can do all the work rapidly behind the scenes.

Allergy Sensitivity Response Support

Allergies can be understood as the immune system responding too strongly to something that is usually harmless. Hypnosis may help some people change the way their body and mind respond to stress and to familiar triggers, especially when those responses seem to have become learned over time. In some cases, guided imagery and hypnosis are used to support calm, reduce reactivity, and create a new sense of safety around the experience. When an allergy pattern seems linked to stress or conditioning, hypnosis may be used as one supportive tool within a broader care plan.

There have even been studies showing that if a person that is allergic to the pollen of a rose, believes a fake synthetic rose is real, the body will respond with the same allergic reaction as if it was real. This shows that there is more going on with the response of the body than just dealing with the actual pollen. The mind is very much a key part to the responses as well.

There is evidence that some allergic responses can be influenced by learning, expectation, and conditioned reactions. Hypnosis may help people explore when a pattern began and support the mind-body system in responding more calmly.

Fear Resolution

Our minds are remarkable. They can respond quickly when they sense danger, helping us act and protect ourselves without needing to think it through. But that same ability can become unhelpful when a situation is misread as threatening, or when an old fear response gets carried into new situations that only seem similar. In that sense, fear can be learned, and it can also be gently relearned in a way that fits more appropriately into your life.

With this technique, you can return to the original source of the fear response and gently release the misunderstanding that began it. From there, the mind can begin to form a calmer and more useful response. By using methods that help you feel relaxed, comfortable, and safe, you can shift the fear response into something new and begin to return to a calm state that feels more natural.

Veteran Wellness

Many veterans carry the effects of difficult service experiences long after those experiences end. These men and women have faced extraordinary challenges, and those experiences can leave behind deep pain that is not always easy to address through words alone. Hypnosis can offer a supportive space to work with the memories, emotions, and patterns that formed during those overwhelming moments.

It may also help a person relate differently to grief, fear, guilt, and stress, while supporting a deeper sense of closure and peace. Used alongside other forms of care, hypnosis can be a meaningful part of a veteran’s healing process.

Abnormal Experiences

Many people have experienced something that is profound and unexplainable to their current understanding. There are even a multitude of podcasts highlighting people's various strange experiences which have had a profound effect on them. Because our unconscious mind can record the details of an event, hypnosis can bring you back to any point in a safe controlled manner. By being able to then understand and process the event without the fear or confusion, a deeper sense of peace can be brought forward.

Many adults describe strange events they remember as a child. Often times these events are ignored or the child is even scolded by the adult out of fear or disbelief. This can impact the child greatly when they do not feel heard or understood. We can utilize your adult self and go back to that child to understand them and shed light on that event.

Out of body experiences and Near Death experiences are more common than you would think. Many NDE's share a common theme and feel as the hypnosis realm. Often times people miss the amazing place and beings they were brought to during their experience. Hypnosis can bring you back to re-experience it and better understand any messages that were given.

Other strange events that can be explored include:

Missing time, sudden strange reactions, sleep paralysis, reoccurring dreams, UFO phenomenon experiences, ghosts/spirits, and more.
